I made a generic tune with Special Forces, in order to compare it to the stock file, using Commando. I selected the Weapon X coils and, after selecting "mark changes" in commando, I did not see any difference in the tune files.
The coils are awesome, overall. Much better idle control and the car just sounds nasty (in a good way) at part throttle... with much improved response.
The only thing that concerns me is that at low load, around 2k RPM, it seems to break up some at a steady throttle position... If I pedal the car a little bit the "surge", for lack of a better term, immediately goes away.
I'm using NGK BR6EF plugs with an out-of-the-box gap (.025") ...this is for a 100hp nitrous hit.

For your year car there isn't anything that needs to be done in the tune for those coils. The 2005+ Mustangs would benefit from tuning changes.
